Supervisory Solutions

Cultural issues often become barriers to effective management at all levels--whether your employees are factory workers or degreed professionals.

We have taken standard supervisory, leadership and managerial training programs and incorporated cultural characteristics to adapt them to diverse employees.

All programs can be delivered in either English or Spanish and are customized for the specific needs of your organization. They are available for three distinct employee levels: blue collar/production, administrative and professional. Additional training programs can be developed upon request.

  • Supervisory Training for The Newly Promoted. Discover cultural characteristics and values that may enhance or hinder the success of newly-promoted supervisors.  Help them learn techniques that will increase their effectiveness -- especially with former co-workers.

  • Management Training for Midlevel Professionals Increase the effectiveness of your midlevel managers through culturally sensitive training.

Call us at (847) 699-1817 or write info@latinoworkforce.com to find out how we can customize any of these programs to the needs of your organization.  All programs can be conducted in English or Spanish.
