The partners, Alejandro Caffarelli and Marc J. Siegel, emphasize personal service, and vigorously and aggressively advocate their clients’ interests.  Mr. Caffarelli has served on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Lawyers’ Association of Illinois, and having been born in Argentina, has a unique familiarity with issues affecting the Hispanic workforce.  Mr. Siegel is experienced in counseling individuals and management in both union and non-union settings, and speaks Spanish.
