With more than 15 years as an independent consultant and trainer, Graciela is a highly effective curriculum designer and group facilitator with deep expertise in the areas of leadership, mentoring, career management, and other talent development topics.
Because of her extensive knowledge and experience in the field of diversity she developed talent management approaches that incorporate cultural issues in Supervisory and Managerial Effectiveness, Managing Multicultural Employees and Strategic Recruitment and Hiring of Multicultural Candidates and Women.
Graciela consults with a variety of organizations on internal Career Mobility programs for Latino Employee Affinity Groups.
She has been a featured presenter and speaker at national conferences including the Society of Human Resource Management, International Career Development Association, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, US Hispanic Leadership Institute, and the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement.
Born in Argentina, Graciela is fluent in Spanish. Her special talents include connecting cultural values to workplace behaviors for higher productivity and utilizing multiple approaches to career counseling and coaching.
